Oracle Consultant

Our client, a leading consultancy firm, is seeking experienced Oracle Consultants to join their team. As an Oracle Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and maintenance of MDM (Master Data Management) and CCS (Customer Care and Billing) solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions using Oracle MDM and CCS software
• Design, develop, and implement MDM and CCS solutions, including data modeling, data mapping, and data integration
• Conduct system analysis and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, test plans, and user manuals
• Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of MDM and CCS systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle MDM and CCS technologies and trends, and make recommendations for process improvements and enhancements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Oracle Consultant, with a focus on MDM and CCS solutions
• Strong understanding of Oracle MDM and CCS software, including data modelling, data mapping, and data integration
• Experience with Oracle MDM and CCS implementation, customization, and support
• Proven history in lead roles in CIS implementation engagements (At least 4 CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM implementation/upgrade experience).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relocation assistance will be provided for shortlisted candidates not currently based in Hong Kong
