Our client is one of the leading high tech. comany operating all over the world (HK, China, Macau, US, Canada, Europe). Currently looking for an HR professional to join its team of expanding business & assisting HR analysis with data management, HR project planning & management.
Key Responsibilities
Core duties: HR Data & Project Management; assist in analysis & report preparation, data management and project planning execution
- Work closely with your aligned HR teams to effectively collect data & manage the regular workforce reporting and analysis.
- Contribute to strategies and projects in areas such as P&L, compensation, recruiting, work life-cycle, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop in-depth HR acumen across different areas such as New Joiner Experience, Talent & Career Development Experience, Employee Service Experience, Total Rewards, Conduct and Policy.
- Provide support to HR related on data queries, analyse findings to understand HR issues, problems and identify opportunities that develop reporting solutions by working closely with local and global teams.
- Manage data collection and production of a variety of staffing related reports for specific HR purposes including Talent Acquisition/Succession Planning/Diversity/ Employee relations/ Training exercises.
- Understand and communicate data/stories/trends; links findings to business development (organizational changes, business development, HR activities etc.), or perhaps process improvement.
- Participate in project meetings and liaise with relevant departments for subsequent execution. Provide supporting services on ad-hoc tasks and enhancement ideas.
- Assist in result/ report preparation, data management.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in human resources management or a related discipline Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferable with experience in HR data analytics and project management.
- Knowledge and experience in employee lifecycle execution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with people at different levels effectively.
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Excellent analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Pivot Tables, or other Data Analytics tools.
- Attention to detail/rigor and familiar with both Chinese/ English reporting.
- Capable of working independently.
