Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications and software solutions.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or other relevant languages.
  • Work on backend, frontend, or full-stack development in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for performance and scalability.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases (SQL, NoSQL).

Who We Are Looking For:

We welcome applications from experienced software engineers and international candidates who meet the following criteria:

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in software development, system architecture, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one programming language: Java, Python, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js), C++, C#, Go, Swift, or Kotlin.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL), cloud computing, microservices, and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems and debug efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English (B2+ level); German is a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience with AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, or blockchain.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket for version control.
  • Previous experience in financial technology (FinTech), automotive, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
