Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons during operations by preparing instruments, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure sterility and hygiene in the operating room before, during, and after surgeries.
  • Monitor patients during surgery and support anesthesiology teams as needed.
  • Handle surgical instruments with precision and ensure proper sterilization.
  • Work closely with surgeons, anesthetists, and the surgical team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures.
  • Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking motivated German and international nurses who meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Completed nursing training (Pflegefachkraft) or a Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
  • Specialization in Surgical Nursing (OP-Pflegekraft) or Operating Room (OTA) training preferred.
  • Foreign-trained nurses: Willingness to complete the recognition process (Anerkennung) if required.
  • German language proficiency (B2 level or higher) support available for international applicants.
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced surgical environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
