Site Construction Manager CAPEX required for a major pharmaceutical construction program in Switzerland.

You will support large-scale CAPEX projects involving new production facilities and infrastructure within a GMP environment.

Your Role

You will manage construction and infrastructure projects within a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring delivery, coordination and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction and CAPEX projects from planning to execution
• Coordinate contractors, engineering teams and external partners
• Ensure timelines, budgets and quality standards are met
• Monitor project risks and progress
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards
• Interface with Engineering, Production and QA teams

Your Profile

• 5+ years experience in construction or CAPEX project management
• Experience in pharma, biotech or industrial environments
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing contractors and site activities
• Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented
• German C1 mandatory (daily on-site communication)
