Staff Nurse- -Dublin (Accommodation Provided)

Our client is a leading healthcare institution dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care:
   • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
   • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
   • Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
2. Collaboration:
   • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
   • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and open environment.
3. Clinical Excellence:
   • Adhere to evidence-based practices and clinical protocols to deliver safe and effective care.
   • Stay current with advancements in nursing practices through continuous education and professional development.
4. Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
5. Safety and Infection Control:
   • Implement and adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.
   • Promote a culture of safety by identifying and reporting potential risks and hazards.

Requirements:

1. Education:
   • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
2. Experience:
   • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
3. Skills:
   • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
   • Proficient in using healthcare technology and electronic medical records.
4. Certifications:
   • NMBI certification will be required

Benefits: A salary of 73,000 to 87,000 Euro is being offered for this role.
