About the Job:

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer (AI-Native | Python + TypeScript) to join our client's team and lead the development of modern AI-powered applications. In this role, you will oversee full-stack engineering efforts, design scalable systems, and drive the delivery of AI-enabled features integrated into production environments. You will play a key role in architecture decisions, cloud infrastructure, and engineering best practices while mentoring developers and guiding the team in leveraging AI tools to improve development efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of full-stack applications using Python and TypeScript technologies.
• Design and implement AI-powered features such as LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
• Build, scale, and maintain APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
• Make technical decisions related to architecture, frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and AI model usage.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across systems.
• Manage and support cloud-based environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices, code quality, and technical excellence.
• Guide the team in using AI tools and modern workflows to improve productivity and delivery speed.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development with leadership or team management exposure.
• Strong backend development experience using Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.
• Strong frontend development experience using TypeScript with React or Angular.
• Experience building and scaling APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience delivering AI-powered features in production environments.
• Good understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and AI integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and AI tools.
• Experience with model tuning, open-source AI tools, or AI monitoring solutions is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
