About the Job:

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (B2B Collections) to support business clients with outstanding accounts and collection activities. The role involves coordinating with customers, following up on payments, and assisting with accounts receivable while providing professional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2nd year of college
• At least 1 year of B2B Collections experience
• Background in OTC / Accounts Receivable
• At least 12 months of tenure in most recent/previous role
• No employment gaps or AWOL history
• Strong English communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang and on a graveyard shift
• Can start immediately, if possible
