About the Job:

We are seeking Medical Virtual Assistants to support our client's healthcare team with daily clinic operations and administrative patient services. In this role, you will assist with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, treatment authorizations, medical billing support, patient communications, EHR documentation, and follow-up coordination. You will play an important role in ensuring efficient clinic workflows, accurate recordkeeping, and a positive patient experience. This position offers valuable exposure to US healthcare practices while supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any Medical-Allied course.
• Open to fresh graduates; prior experience is not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Knowledgeable in medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
• Proficient in computer applications and comfortable using EHR systems.
• Able to work on-site and willing to work US hours (graveyard shift).
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
