About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Cyber Data & Technology Risk Managed Services Director to join our client's team and lead cybersecurity managed services operations. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex cyber risks while leading high-performing teams to deliver secure, innovative, and business-focused solutions. You will leverage your leadership expertise, technical knowledge, and strategic vision to drive business growth, enhance client satisfaction, and foster a collaborative, forward-thinking cybersecurity culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee cybersecurity managed services teams to ensure effective service delivery across multiple security domains.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth, operational excellence, and service innovation.
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships to strengthen trust, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop future cybersecurity leaders within the organization.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, professional codes of conduct, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Analyze operational and performance metrics to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Promote proactive risk management, incident response readiness, and security solution adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 14 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, including SOC, IAM, Vulnerability Management, and SecOps, with multi-domain leadership responsibilities.
  • Relevant security certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience building, mentoring, and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Experience developing and launching new service offerings and leveraging automation technologies to improve service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of consulting and managed services delivery models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
