About the Job:
We are looking for an AEM Tech Lead Senior Manager to join our client's Managed Services Support team and lead the delivery and support of enterprise-level Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. In this role, you will oversee large-scale projects, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless digital experiences for clients. You will provide technical leadership, manage complex production and platform issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable AEM solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, support, and optimization of AEM-based solutions and platforms.
- Manage large-scale projects and ensure the successful delivery of digital experience initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and support teams.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across AEM services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents and platform-related issues.
- Support and manage AEM as a Cloud Service environments and deployments.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release management activities.
- Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Mentor and develop team members to strengthen technical and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development or digital platform support.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including 2 years in a Technical Lead or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Java, JSP, HTL, and Sling framework.
- Experience managing AEM as a Cloud Service environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Knowledge of security standards and data protection compliance.
- ITIL Foundation, AWS, or Azure Cloud certifications are an advantage.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
- Can start immediately, if possible.
