About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Managed Services Manager to join our client's team and lead the delivery of high-quality healthcare revenue cycle solutions. In this role, you will oversee client-facing consulting engagements, drive operational improvements, and ensure efficient and effective revenue cycle processes. You will play a key role in leading teams, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance performance and patient care outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to lead with integrity, embrace innovation, and contribute to meaningful healthcare transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client-facing consulting engagements focused on healthcare revenue cycle management and operational improvement
- Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, and successful delivery of client solutions
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance, accountability, and professional growth
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve revenue cycle performance and patient care outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery of services
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and encourage the adoption of innovative tools and technologies
- Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective communication across all levels
- Address project issues and conflicts proactively, escalating when necessary
- Uphold professional, technical, and compliance standards in all engagements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 7+ years of solid experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or related consulting services
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes (front, middle, and back-office operations)
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing client-facing engagements
- Experience in driving operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, workflows, and automation tools is an advantage
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
