About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Service Delivery Senior Manager to join our client's team and lead finance operations across large-scale projects. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality service delivery across Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. You will oversee complex initiatives, guide teams through challenges, and maintain strong client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-performing teams, improve processes, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale finance operations projects and initiatives
• Oversee RTR, PTP, and OTC processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Manage and develop high-performing, diverse teams
• Handle complex issues and provide effective solutions in a dynamic environment
• Ensure compliance with service delivery standards, SLAs, and company policies
• Maintain clear communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Uphold high standards of quality, professionalism, and performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is an advantage
• 10+ years of solid experience in Finance Operations (RTR, PTP, and OTC)
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar finance systems
• Experience managing large teams and complex projects
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
• Can start immediately, if possible
• Amenable to work on a night shift
