About the Job:

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to join our client's Cyber Identity & Access Management team and lead the design, implementation, and operation of secure IAM solutions. In this role, you will oversee IAM projects, manage client engagements, and ensure the delivery of robust identity security solutions. You will also mentor teams, assess IAM maturity, and help organizations strengthen their security posture through effective identity governance and access controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and security controls.
  • Lead IAM implementation projects and ensure successful delivery of client engagements.
  • Assess IAM maturity and identify areas for improvement in identity governance and security.
  • Oversee and manage access control frameworks, user lifecycle processes, and authentication systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and mitigate information security risks.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to enhance technical and professional capabilities.
  • Manage client accounts and drive IAM workstreams independently.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Support the development and enhancement of IAM tools, frameworks, and processes.
  • Engage in complex problem-solving and provide strategic IAM recommendations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 7+ years of solid experience in Identity and Access Management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, ForgeRock, Ping, Oracle, or CA.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and identity governance frameworks.
  • Experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, MS-500, AZ-500, or IAM product certifications are an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Can start immediately, if possible.
