About the Job:

We are looking for a Python Developer Senior Associate to join our client's Managed Services team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Python-based applications and microservices. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality technical solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help improve operational efficiency through automation and data-driven insights. You will also assist in troubleshooting issues, working on API and backend services, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Python-based applications and microservices.
• Collaborate with team members to design and deliver scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Support the development and integration of RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues in applications.
• Work with data to generate insights that support business and technical decision-making.
• Contribute to documentation, coding standards, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Assist in implementing cloud-based solutions, particularly in AWS environments.
• Support data engineering tasks, including ETL processes and data handling workflows.
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices and participate in sprint planning and delivery activities.
• Adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Experience in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Knowledge of API security, authentication, and best practices.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in data engineering and ETL pipelines is an advantage.
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools is a plus.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
