About the job:

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our client's team and support end-to-end learning administration and HR operations processes. In this role, you will manage learning systems, support training program setup and execution, and ensure accurate processing of learning requests, records, and transactions. You will work closely with stakeholders, learners, and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of learning services, compliance with governance standards, and efficient resolution of system and service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) setup, including items, classes, curricula, and program configurations.
  • Support instructor-led training (ILT) and e-learning program administration, including registrations, invites, and scheduling.
  • Configure learning communications such as automated emails, reminders, and notifications.
  • Handle classroom, virtual, and venue booking arrangements for training sessions.
  • Support assessment setup, curriculum updates, and learning program changes post-deployment.
  • Process learning-related requests via ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance and accurate documentation.
  • Resolve LMS issues, including course completion errors, access issues, and digital badge concerns.
  • Support learning-related billing, invoicing, and recharge processes.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, including learners, facilitators, and people leaders.
  • Ensure accurate records in LMS and HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms.
  • Support People Operations transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, certifications, and employee requests.
  • Escalate risks, data issues, and system concerns in accordance with defined processes.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with learning governance standards.
  • Support study leave processing, learning approvals, and program-related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth learning operations delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Learning Operations, Learning & Development, or HR Operations.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar HR/LMS platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is a strong advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Can start immediately, if possible.
