About the job DevOps Engineer
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of infrastructures in a DevOps context.
- Sound knowledge of the automation of deployment processes and the use of appropriate tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
- Initial practical experience with cloud services, containerisation, infrastructure as code, monitoring tools.
- Programming skills in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Programming skills in an object-oriented language such as C#, .NET or Java.
- Knowledge of versioning with SVN and GIT.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a structured way of working.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and initiative.
- You speak German on at least a C1 level
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Establishment and further development of DevOps practices and processes for our software
- Design and implementation of a modern and scalable system landscape for product development
- Automation of build, test and deployment processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Working closely with the development team to integrate DevOps practices into the development cycle
- Identifying potential for improvement and implementing optimisation measures in the area of infrastructure and operations
- Ensuring the security, scalability, availability and performance of the systems
