About the job Technical Consultant

Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration, degree in computer science or similar professional qualification
  • Good technical understanding of IT (Windows Server, Active Directory, .NET, IIS)
  • Good database knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server, Cloud & Storage)
  • Experience with medium and large IT projects (at least 2 years)
  • Experience in agile software development (Scrum) desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German (C2 level)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Enjoy learning new things about products and services


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing and managing projects
  • Customer training (on-site / digital)
  • Testing & documentation of errors / developments
  • Hardware, software, system & network administration and firewalls
  • Administration of VoIP telephony
  • Research and procurement of hardware and peripherals
  • Support & troubleshooting of network and server infrastructure
