Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration, degree in computer science or similar professional qualification
- Good technical understanding of IT (Windows Server, Active Directory, .NET, IIS)
- Good database knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server, Cloud & Storage)
- Experience with medium and large IT projects (at least 2 years)
- Experience in agile software development (Scrum) desirable
- Very good knowledge of German (C2 level)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Enjoy learning new things about products and services
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing and managing projects
- Customer training (on-site / digital)
- Testing & documentation of errors / developments
- Hardware, software, system & network administration and firewalls
- Administration of VoIP telephony
- Research and procurement of hardware and peripherals
- Support & troubleshooting of network and server infrastructure
