Requirements
- Completed commercial training or professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in sales or customer service.
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
- Organizational talent and the ability to prioritize.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented personality who enjoys dealing with people.
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team: As part of the sales team, you take on administrative tasks and support the sales team throughout the entire sales process.
- Maintaining customer data: You record and maintain customer information and sales data in the system.
- Creating offers and sales documents: You support the preparation of offers and sales documents in close cooperation with the sales team.
- Communication with customers: You are the contact person for general customer inquiries and ensure that specific concerns are forwarded to the responsible colleagues.
- Supporting order processing: You coordinate and support the processing of orders, from receipt to delivery.
- Supporting meetings, events and trade fairs: You coordinate internal and external meetings as well as events, trade fairs or customer appointments.
