Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Completed studies in the field of human resources or a comparable qualification would be a plus At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources
  • Sound knowledge of labor law and contract law
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • High social skills and empathy
  • Reliability and hands-on mentality

Hiring Process

1) Phone interview with Kian (CEO) to assess cultural fit and general qualifications. 

2) Onsite interview (1.5 hours) for an in-depth discussion.

3) Remote case study on a real HR topic (tailored to candidate's experience and expertise).

4) Follow-up: Review of the case study with Kian and meet with the wider team if the case study was successful.
