Requirements
- Completed commercial training or degree with a focus on human resources management or a comparable qualification At least 1 year of professional experience in the field of personnel planning or human resources management
- High communication and organizational skills
- Confident use of the usual MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and a careful and independent way of working
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Good knowledge of English would be desirable
- A quick grasp and high self-motivation

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Recruitment and hiring: You take over the entire recruitment process from selection to hiring, including interviews and selection procedures. Employee support and development: As the first point of contact, you look after your "external" team, provide support with all concerns, organize training courses, and develop employee retention measures, with a focus on appreciative and fair employee management.
- Deployment planning and management: Your responsibilities include personnel planning taking economic and operational requirements into account, as well as responding flexibly to short-term changes in the company in order to always ensure optimal staffing.
- Administrative activities: Managing the applicant pool and personnel files, drawing up employment contracts and personnel-related documents, and regular reporting on personnel scheduling and deployment planning ensure a balanced working day.
- Communication and coordination: You work closely with internal departments and managers as well as our customers to promote business relationships. You represent the company at public events and trade fairs.
- Sales and partnerships: You are responsible for acquiring new customers, building and maintaining long-term partnerships and a strategic approach to the "perfect match" between employees and customers to promote mutual satisfaction.
