Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics to drive improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools and incorporate them into campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to create and execute social media initiatives that align with overall business goals
  • Monitor social media conversations and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and manage relationships with influencers and other industry partners
  • Perform other social media-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to effectively use them for marketing purposes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create and curate engaging content (e.g. text, images, and videos)
  • Knowledge of social media metrics and the ability to analyze and report on performance
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and fast internet connection with a suitable computer for virtual work
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
