Lettings Agent

A rapidly expanding property management company in Stoke on Trent is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their viewings team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to return to work or get a firm foothold in the property industry. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY AS FULL TRAIING WILL BE PROVIDED!

As the Lettings Agent you will be responsible for:

• Conducting property viewings and inspections.
• Assisting with tenant check-ins and check-outs.
• Providing feedback to landlords and the viewings team after each viewing.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as required.

The Lettings Agent will have the following skills and attributes:

• Flexible and eager to learn.
• Effective communicator with a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be a distinct advantage.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have use of a vehicle.

You will be working 3 days per week from various locations in and around the Stoke-on-Trent (ST1 ST7) area. Hours will be agreed during interview.

Appointment will be subject to right to work checks, satisfactory references and undertaking an online personality test.
