Job Title: Office Manager
Salary: Up to £40,000
Fully remote with at least two days per month in London, initial six-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, people-focused professional to join a rapidly expanding company that's transforming the financial services sector.
About the role
You'll be the go-to person for all things office-related ensuring smooth operations, organising events, managing suppliers, and supporting executive-level activities. If you thrive on variety, love problem-solving and are adaptable to change, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Office management: Oversee a vibrant hot-desking London office, manage supplies, H&S procedures, and internal communications.
- Supplier coordination: Maintain supplier records, conduct due diligence, and manage company-wide systems and practices.
- Internal events: Plan and deliver quarterly company meetings (including international trips), socials, and leadership away days.
- Executive Support: Provide diary and admin support to the CEO & COO, manage company registers and data, and assist with a variety of people operations projects, such as onboarding and IT rollouts.
Must haves
- Five years + experience in an office or operations role.
- Executive assistant and event planning experience.
- Able to attend the London office at least twice a month.
- Adaptable, self-starting, resilient and able to handle the unexpected (often last minute!).
- A suitable home-working space.
