Prepare & develop detailed mechanical estimates

Analyse drawings, specs & documents for accurate costing

Collaborate with project managers, engineers & clients

Evaluate supplier & subcontractor quotations

Provide clear breakdowns of labour, materials & equipment

Support value engineering & project handovers

๐„๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ

๏ธ Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator (education, hotel, or high-rise residential)

๏ธ Strong knowledge of mechanical building services (HVAC, plumbing, pipework)

๏ธ Ability to interpret drawings, tenders & technical docs

๏ธ Excellent numerical & problem-solving skills

โญ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐ซ๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ž ๐’๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ

Familiarity with estimating software

CIBSE/MCIBSE accreditation (or working towards)

Ability to manage multiple tenders independently
