Financial Controller (INGEVULD)

What will you do?

As Controller, you will ensure that the financial administration of the 4 entities is solid as a rock. You will also be involved in organizing administrative processes more efficiently (using automation). In this role you will work closely with, report to and be a spraaing partner for the Finance Manager. The most important tasks and responsibilities in brief but not limited:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closures;

• Generate reports to understand performance and profitability;

• Analyzing results, monitoring and identifying deviations;

• Make up budgets and forecasts, and communicating them to stakeholders;

• Preparing local and international (tax) returns (EU & US);

• Managing the payroll administration (complex due to many exceptions);

• Involved in process improvements in the administrative process and the future financial planning.

What do you bring?

• A bachelor's or university degree in of business economics, accountancy or similar;

• At least 3 years of relevant finance experience;

• It is not about years of experience, but the ambition and ability to contribute to the further professionalization of the organization;

• Affinity with automation is very nice and experience with an ERP system would be fantastic;

• Good command of the English language, both oral and written;

• You feel at home in a flexible, open and free environment.

What will you get in return?

The salary, with a maximum of E 60,000 per year (based on 40 hours |including holiday allowance), is tailored to your experience. Flexibility is key: choose between a 32- to 40-hour working week and hybrid working is the norm.
