Deputy Head of Product Management

Job Summary:

As the Deputy Head of Product Management, you will play a key role in shaping Manatals B2B SaaS strategy. You will drive the Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure customer-centric innovation in our products.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy for B2B SaaS solutions.
• Leverage PLG (Product-Led Growth) methodologies to drive user adoption and business success.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to enhance product features.
• Establish product roadmaps and lead execution from ideation to release.

Requirements:

• Excellent/native English proficiency with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS product management.
• Experience with PLG is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Leadership experience and ability to work cross-functionally.
