Job Description (JD)
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for sales, supply chain, and customer analytics.
Integrate data from multiple sources (POS, inventory, CRM, ERP).
Optimize data storage and retrieval for demand forecasting and market analysis.
Work with marketing and operations teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry regulations.

Job Specification (JS)
Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills: SQL, Python, ETL tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
Experience: 2+ years in data engineering, preferably in FMCG or retail.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
