Key Qualifications:

• Nationality: Thai or Chinese
• For Thai Candidates: Proficiency in English or Chinese
• For Chinese Candidates: Work experience in Thailand and proficiency in English or Thai
• Experience in online data analysis is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and software

Role Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to track performance metrics
• Provide insights and reports to enhance market strategies
• Identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market
• Support data-driven decision-making processes
