About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our team and help drive our IT solutions business forward. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and offering tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and offer appropriate IT solutions and services
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, as well as renewals
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully
  • Develop project budgets and strategic sales plans
  • Coordinate with the pre-sales, service delivery, and admin teams for smooth project execution
  • Reach out to potential customers to introduce company offerings and value

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 25 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT solutions or System Integration (SI)
  • Experience with government clients is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Must have a personal car and a valid drivers license

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: THB 40,00060,000/month (based on experience)

Annual commission: Attractive performance-based structure
