About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to join our recruitment team remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment. This role is commission-based, providing high earning potential for those with strong sourcing and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate their qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and updates within the recruitment system.
• Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Provide regular progress updates to the recruitment team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
• Strong ability to source candidates through multiple channels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring processes.
