Position Overview:

We are looking for a Freelance Business Development Executive to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities in the recruitment industry. This is a fully remote role with an uncapped commission structure, perfect for individuals with strong connections in HR, recruitment, or corporate networks.

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in need of recruitment services
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR, CEOs, Hiring Managers)
Present and pitch CoSourcings recruitment solutions to clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure successful client onboarding
Track and report sales progress

Qualifications:

Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment preferred
Strong networking and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage leads effectively
Experience using LinkedIn, cold emailing, or AI tools for lead generation is a plus
Comfortable working on a performance-based commission model

Compensation:

Commission-based: Earn 10% - 15% of total recruitment fees per successful placement
No fixed salary Unlimited earning potential
Performance-based bonuses for exceeding sales targets
