Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential partners to establish business collaborations
• Maintain partnerships, including extended stays overseas if needed
• Provide channel, market, and sales support to partners
• Execute and oversee local promotional activities
• Manage customer reception and related sales processes

Ideal Candidate:

• Established sales channel network in the real estate industry
• Fluent in English or Russian (spoken & written)
• Proven experience in real estate sales
• Strong negotiation and partnership management skills
• Willingness to travel and work abroad
