Job Summary:

We are looking for a Head of Platform Engineering to lead our engineering team in building robust and scalable infrastructure. This role requires a strong Software Engineering background, Python expertise, and experience in JavaScript is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience leading technical teams and designing high-performance systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Platform Engineering team to build scalable infrastructure.
• Define best practices and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Architect and develop backend systems using Python.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize system performance.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• 1+ years of solid experience in Python for backend development.
• Software Engineering background is mandatory.
• Experience with JavaScript (good to have, but not required).
• Proven leadership in managing engineering teams.

3. System Design Interview 1-hour preparation (7-day deadline) + 1-hour project presentation with Director of Engineering
4. Final Interview with CEO
