Position Title: Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading company in creating new concepts in the food and beverage industry. They manage a portfolio of 5 brands founded and operated entirely in Saudi Arabia. They are currently on the lookout to hire an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth. He/She will analyze market trends and consumer behavior, ensuring the brand stays ahead of competitors.

Responsibilities:

- Adhere to company rules and fulfill assigned responsibilities, recognizing that duties may extend beyond the specific tasks outlined.

- Maintain professional conduct by showing respect and courtesy to all colleagues, adhering to the dress code, and using professional communication skills. Proper hygiene, accurate attendance, and mindful use of company property are essential.

- Develop and expand a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the management's vision.

- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis to allocate funds wisely.

- Guide the team on implementing established marketing strategies and provide directions on reaching goals.

- Manage a variety of advertising channels, campaigns, publicity, social media, and consumer acquisition campaigns.

- Evaluate the performance of the Marketing department.

- Work closely with the content creator to produce valuable content for the website that attracts targeted groups.

- Build strong relationships with key industry companies, agencies, and vendors.

- Organize all offline marketing initiatives, including billboards, in-store advertisements, and pre-opening and opening events.

- Collaborate with Brand and Operations Managers on selecting logos, staff uniforms, giveaways, packaging, and marketing products, including new items, promotions, and social media boosts.

- Receive the sales report from the Finance Department and coordinate with Digital Marketing and Brand managers to work on their marketing strategies.

- Conduct inspection tours in branches to ensure proper implementation of marketing plans.

- Approve any entertainment executed in the branch.

Requirements:

- Proven marketing experience with potential and eagerness to learn.

- Demonstrated experience in identifying target audiences and creatively developing leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate the audience.

- 10 years of experience in a related field.

- Profound knowledge of website analytical tools.

- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Media.

- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent analytical and data-related skills.

- Background in the food and beverage service industry (restaurants) is essential.

- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
