Job Title: Operations Manager

Reports To: CEO

Direct Reports: OPS Team 

Working Schedule: 6 days per week (Monday - Saturday) 

Job Overview:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, returns, and quality control. The role ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high customer satisfaction while maintaining seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee production, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery and cost optimization.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage inventory levels, stock control, returns, and supplier relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to enhance performance and collaboration.
  • Quality Control: Ensure product quality meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Cross-Department Communication: Facilitate clear communication between operations and other departments to ensure smooth workflows and resolve potential conflicts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or the lighting industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and inventory management skills, with the ability to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
