Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Outlet Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of outlet operations. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of F&B operations, and a focus on maximizing efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring a smooth and high-quality guest experience.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency and boost overall performance.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate the team to deliver top-tier service.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are consistently maintained.
  • Monitor key financial metrics including sales, cost control, and profitability.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee inventory levels, supplier relationships, and stock control processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain operational alignment and service consistency.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of F&B experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Proven track record in staff supervision, training, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume restaurant operations.
  • Ability to increase sales through effective marketing and upselling strategies.
  • Familiarity with current food trends, guest preferences, and market positioning.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and team motivation.
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices and waste reduction in F&B environments.
