They are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager/Construction Manager with a specialized background in civil engineering for infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will lead and oversee multiple infrastructure sites, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution while meeting budgetary and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple infrastructure project sites from planning to delivery, ensuring all project objectives are achieved.
  • Planning & Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain seamless operations.
  • Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and client specifications.
  • Budget & Schedule Oversight: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Performance Management: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across projects.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed progress updates and reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory), Masters degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • 10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Relevant training certificates in project management or construction are an asset.
