Job Overview:

The Sales Manager will lead and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and expand market share for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Reporting: Track sales performance and report on KPIs to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
