Job Title: Sales Executive - Wholesale Channel

Scope and Impact of Position on the Organization:
- Drive business development in the projects channels through extensive field presence to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maximize sales and margin while maintaining the company's profile in the territory.
- Embrace teamwork and take on responsibilities critical for success, particularly within distributor networks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with dealers/partners, providing support for technical and commercial requests.
- Focus on sales and business development within the projects channel.
- Monitor and report on quarterly and annual target achievement.
- Participate actively in internal sales meetings and calls.
- Maintain corporate reporting standards consistently.
- Recommend strategies to enhance sales strategy effectiveness and market coverage.
- Develop a database of key accounts (consultants, architects, developers) and share details with the pre-sales team.
- Provide proactive, credible, and responsible management reporting.
- Segment markets based on project channels (Hospitality, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Government, Education).
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within channels.
CRM Monitoring and Database Input Targets:
- Input and monitor CRM database daily/weekly.
- Ensure accurate and complete information for all projects.
- Link projects with key account management.
- Follow up continuously on pending actions until project closure.
- Provide timely feedback on market situation and sales outlook.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, persuasion, and analytical skills.
- High presentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Effective team player.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing.
- 3-5 years of project sales experience in building materials in the assigned area.
- Understanding of local trade and market demands.
Language Skills:
- Effective communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
