Project Manager - Building Construction

About the Job:

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Construction Manager to lead and oversee multiple building projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in civil engineering, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage multiple building project sites, overseeing all phases from inception to completion.
• Planning & Coordination: Develop and monitor project plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure milestones are met.
• Team Management: Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure smooth operations.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor construction activities to ensure they adhere to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Performance Optimization: Drive efficiency across sites, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory), Masters degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, with a proven track record of managing building projects.
• Relevant training certificates in project management or construction are an advantage.
