They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Sales Showroom In-charge to join their team in Dubai!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the tiling industry and a proven ability to manage sales and customer service functions effectively. This role involves leading the showroom team, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Showroom Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

- Manage product displays and ensure that all products are presented attractively and accurately.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock.

Sales and Customer Service:

- Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on product selection and design solutions.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase showroom revenue.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

- Supervise and motivate the showroom sales team, providing training and support as needed.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within the tiling or related industry.

- Previous experience in a showroom management role is highly desirable.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong understanding of tiling products, materials, and design trends.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team effectively.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
