We are seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations and drive strategic growth as we continue to expand.

Role Overview:

As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and management of our organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring our financial health and aligning our financial practices with the company's business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership and strategic planning, with a strong understanding of the travel and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with companys long-term business goals.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and contribute to key decision-making processes.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate financial risks and opportunities to support sustainable growth.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable insights to the executive team.
• Develop and maintain key financial metrics and reports to guide strategic decision-making.

3. Financial Operations & Reporting:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and cash flow management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, both internally and externally.
• Coordinate audits and maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

4. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):

• Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships.
• Analyze and evaluate business cases for investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

5. Internal Controls & Compliance:

• Develop and maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address any financial issues or findings.

6. Team Leadership & Development:

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to finance team members.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to support the broader goals of the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP or ERP system is a must
• Proven expertise in financial strategy, planning, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the travel or technology industry is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Experience in travel arrangements, or hospitality sector is highly preferred
