Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team.

- Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings.

- Manage scheduling and booking arrangements for meetings, travel, and other events.

- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality.

- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.

- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
