Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (on-premise and cloud), Dynamics NAV, Power Platform, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development, upgrades, implementation, and support for Business Central and Dynamics NAV. This is a hybrid role based in Pune, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, upgrade, and maintain Business Central (on-premise & cloud) and Dynamics NAV applications.

- Perform 2-3 successful project upgrades to Business Central Cloud version or SaaS.

- Manage application and data upgrades from older NAV versions to Business Central Cloud or SaaS environments.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Business Central Cloud/SaaS including patch deployments, hotfixes, and housekeeping.

- Implement Business Central Cloud projects, configuring environments on Azure Cloud and On-premise setups.

- Work with AL programming, C/AL, PowerShell scripting, SQL Query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Install and configure Business Central Cloud, On-Premise, Dynamics NAV, and Azure VM environments.

- Customize and configure third-party plugins, project environments, and integration of modules such as financials, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, and reporting.

- Provide support for NAV versions (2009 - 2018) and ensure smooth upgrades to newer versions.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless customer interactions and successful project implementations.

Key Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in software development and application support within Business Central and Dynamics NAV environments.

- Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Business Central (Cloud and On-Premise), Dynamics NAV, and related technologies.

- Expertise in AL programming, C/AL, PowerShell scripting, SQL Query optimization, and performance improvements.

- Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and upgrades of Business Central Cloud, Dynamics NAV, and Azure VMs.

- Strong understanding of Azure Cloud, DevOps, API Handling, Web Services, and third-party plugins.

- Experience in implementing modules like financials, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, reporting, and CRM integration.

- Proficiency in tools like Visual Studio, .NET, Azure DevOps, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jet Reports, and Power BI.

- Excellent understanding of all phases of implementation methodology and customer engagement.

- Certifications:

- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online Deployment - MB2-715 is preferred.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
