Job Title: Customer Success Associate (English / Spanish / French)- Siemens
Salary:
- Tier 1: Upto 35,000 CTC (Hindi/English)
- Tier 2: Upto 50,000 CTC (French/Spanish)
Shift: 24/7, Rotational Shift | 5 days working, 2 weekly off
Location: Gurgaon
*Job Summary*:
We are seeking Customer Success Associates to handle customer queries in English, Spanish, or French. This role involves providing excellent customer support, efficiently resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the respective language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat in English, Spanish, or French.
- Provide accurate information and support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for complex problem resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up regularly.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with proficiency in Spanish or French. Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelors degree (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in North American customer service as an Agent.
- Ability to handle customer queries in a voice-based process.
