Job Title: Chat & Voice Process Executive
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Chat & Voice Process Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Position - US Blended Process ; 70% Chat & 30% Voice.
Graduate/Undergraduate with minimum 06 months of BPO Voice, Chat/Blended Experience with Decent Communication can apply.
From 06 months - 1 year documented experience Required
Rounds of Interview: 3 Rounds
️1) HR Screening Round
2️) Chat Assessment Round (CPA) - In Office Premises at 3pm.
3️) Final Interview Round with Operations Managers - In Office post CPA Test Round.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year documented experience required, preferably in a chat and voice process
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Office and customer service software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must, proficiency in other regional languages is a plus
