Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding UGROs products and services.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and deliver a positive experience.
- Update customer information in the CRM system and document all interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and ensure prompt resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Additional Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Gujarati is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and one of the listed regional languages.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in handling customer concerns.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
