Role: Staff Accountant

On-Site: Hendersonville, North Carolina

Recruiting Heroes is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Staff Accountant to join our client's team in Naples, North Carolina. 

Our client is a quickly growing company that is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. We are a company that serves first responders and are passionate about our purpose. We are looking for someone who loves accounting and gets a rush when they see a bank reconciliations balance out to the penny. If you are a wizard with journal entires and get nerdy about a spreadsheet, we want you!

What winning looks like:
Recording daily transactions, including purchases, expenses, revenues, and payments
Invoicing clients, processing payments, and reconciling accounts
Ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system
Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

The skills you will need to win:
Bachelors degree in related field or experience in bookkeeping
Strong understanding of basic accounting principals
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
