Investment Manager

Our client is privately owned, headquartered in Madrid, and known for its disciplined, value-oriented approach. The team brings over a decade of experience working closely together, offering transparency and direct access to decision-makers. They specialize in private equity fund-of-funds and opportunistic real estate debt investments, with a strong foothold in the Spanish market.

In this role, you will contribute to the investment process end-to-end, engage with a robust network of partners, and help shape a growing portfolio with long-term impact.

What You will do

In this position, you will:

• Source, evaluate, and execute investments in private equity funds and real estate debt opportunities
• Lead and support due diligence efforts, including financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessments
• Monitor the performance of portfolio investments and prepare regular reports and insights
• Contribute to investment strategy discussions and portfolio construction frameworks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fund managers, real estate partners, and other industry stakeholders
• Draft investment memoranda and present findings and recommendations to the investment committee

What You Bring
We understand that impactful leadership takes many forms. You likely bring:

• 8+ years of experience in investment management, private equity, or real estate finance
• A strong command of financial analysis and modeling techniques
  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English
• A collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
